Te Ōrokohanga series talks about the many elements that form the stages from te kore (The void) to te ao marama (The physical world)

The subatomic units, atoms, and particles that make up the physical world are represented by this design. The pūhoro that encircles the artwork is a representation of all the components that come together to form land.
