Payment

I accept payment by:

• Bank Transfer
• PayPal and card payments 
• Afterpay

 

I do not accept cheques.

 

Postage and Delivery

Delivery is by NZ Post. 

 

My postal options are as follows:

• NZ Post Parcel Post: Courier $6.50, delivery will be in approximately 1 - 2 working days of being posted
• NZ Post Parcel Post: RURAL Courier $10.40, delivery will be in approximately 2 - 4 working days of being posted

In the rare event of your parcel not arriving, please contact me and we will work together to resolve the issue.

 

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact me within 1 hour and I will issue a refund if I have not already shipped the item

In the event of your item arrives damaged, please contact me to arrange a return.  I will either remake the item if I am able to, or issue you a refund. A refund will not be issued until I have received the item back from you.

If you have any problem or issue with your order, please contact me and we will work together to resolve it.
